Guests staying beyond check-out time without prior notice/agreement will be charged automatically for one additional day. 

You may cancel your reservation 1 month prior to arrival and receive a full service fee accreditation (refunds are not offered).

Any cancellation less than 1 month prior to arrival will result in the service fee being forfeited in its entirety.

Any no-show or early departure will result in you forfeiting the service fee entirely. 

Early departure will result in forfeiting the all-inclusive/resort fee entirely.

Unfortunately, the resort does not allow pets.

Yes, Transportation to and from Puerto Plata (POP) airport is included. Puerto Plata is the closest airport to the resort.

For Santiago (STI), the cost is US$120 (one-way) & US$240 (round trip)

For Santo Domingo (SDQ), the cost is US$250 (one-way) & US$500 (round trip)

Lifestyle Holiday is a large resort that consists of several resort accommodations. Some accommodations are not suitable for anyone with mobility issues, nor is it fully wheelchair-friendly. We recommend that you book at the Tropical if you need accommodation that is easy to access. 

WI-FI is available free of charge in ALL VIP areas and the Presidential Suites.
