BOOKING PROCESS

  1. Please complete our Reservation Inquiry Form to initiate the booking process for your preferred accommodation. Following the submission of the form, we will promptly verify the availability of the selected accommodation and subsequently reach out to you within 48 hours.
  2. To secure your chosen accommodation and dates, a 50% deposit is requisite. Accepted forms of payment include PayPal or Venmo.
  3. The remaining 50% of the total amount is due 35 days before your travel dates or 60 days in advance for all holiday travel dates.
  4. Upon confirmation of the payment, you will receive a booking confirmation within 48 hours. We kindly ask you not to book your flight until you receive this confirmation.
  5. Upon finalizing your flight arrangements, please furnish us with your itinerary at least 2 weeks before your arrival to facilitate the organization of your airport transport.

Reservation Inquiry

RESERVATION ALTERATIONS

You must request any booking alterations via email at least one month prior to arrival. Changes that can be made to the booking may involve altering the number of guests, dates, names, and accommodations. You are limited to (1) one complimentary alteration per reservation.


Please note that your alteration request will be denied if you fail to provide one month's notice. Upon your arrival, the total all-inclusive fee due will be calculated based on the number of guests on your reservation confirmation. 


All changes must be made within the same calendar year and are dependent on availability.


 ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL

CANCELLATION/NO SHOW

You may cancel your reservation 1 month prior to arrival and receive a full service fee accreditation (refunds are not offered).


Any cancellation less than 1 month prior to arrival will result in the service fee being forfeited in its entirety.


Any no-show or early departure will result in you forfeiting the service fee entirely. 

Early departure will result in forfeiting the all-inclusive/resort fee entirely. 


 ANY ALTERATION OR CANCELLATION OF A CONFIRMED RESERVATION MUST BE SENT BY EMAIL
